Everything was great! The room was very clean and nice. Parking was easy and close. Staff was very friendly!

The staff was incredibly nice! We had problems with a leak in our room and they accommodated and got us another room right away. The staff that worked breakfast at the restaurant was so kind and kept the area immaculate. The only thing we had issues with was room keys. We had to get them reset about 4 times because they just randomly wouldn’t work.

At the last minute, I decided to rent an additional room other than the five bunkbed. So I had an adjoining room. If I hadn’t decided to add the extra room at the last minute, my room would have had no hot water, I called to the front desk twice, it would be lukewarm water only. Unable to take a shower or a tab after going to the pool, we had small children, it was very frustrating. It’s a good thing. I did get the additional room so that we would be able to all share and have hot water.On check out there was an offer for 20% off that room that I had booked last minute. That was great, but I do not believe that was the best they could do for the inconvenience. I am a member, but I would probably not choose the hotel again.

We were here for a sports tournament. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. There was a restaurant but we didn’t get to go there. There was a little convenient store with things like snacks and toiletries but the front desk had basic hygiene things for free. The heater/AC worked great, the room had everything we needed for two nights. There is a lot of noise from other rooms and extra noise from the traffic and people in the parking lot. We could hear cheering from the ball fields a ways away - so the walls are pretty thin!
All the noise led to not sleeping well. The pillows were unusually firm and thick and we both had neck pain in the morning.

The woman who checked us in was so nice, calm, and organized even though there was so much going on around her. I was very impressed.

Unbelievable amount of kids running around halls all night. Parents and hotel did nothing to stop it.
