We had a guest that broke a bottle in the pool and there was glass in the pool. For the safety of our guests we did have to drain the pool and clean up all the broken glass. It then had to be filled which takes time and the water heated for the comfort of the swimming experience. We apologize that we had guests that could not follow rules.I am extremely sorry that we did not have luggage carts available at the time you were needing the cart for your luggage.We hope the next time you are in the Columbus area, you will return and give us another opportunity to be of service.Cordially,

房间干净整洁，前台服务态度好。酒店位于哥伦布安全的区域，停车场很大，可以免费停车。
购买的含早餐房间套餐，但是离店后竟发现信用卡被扣款了Wi-Fi的费用，以及酒店杂费。

住得很愉快
整个入住期间（只有一晚从凌晨1点到早上9点）都有砰砰的响声，而且隔音效果很差。窗帘没有完全拉上，而且街上的灯光一直照进来，因为我们住在一楼，所以我很担心城里人会往里看。我们一走进房间就闻到一股烟味。以后不会再住了。
开了几个小时的车，我们晚上很晚才到达万怡酒店。工作人员很粗鲁，从我们到酒店的那一刻起就对我们迟到感到不耐烦。很明显，我打扰了她，但她却不愿意帮助我们。我住过很多万怡酒店，但这家的员工是最不友好、最不乐于助人的。我不会再预订这里了。

床就像混凝土板一样，工作人员不喜欢工作。该地区很好，位置对于我们参加的音乐会很方便。我偏爱万豪酒店和旅享家会员，但我怀疑我是否会再次预订这家酒店。
