The was no water pressure in the shower and only luke warm water in the shower as well. I like to take a hot shower with high water pressure when I stay at a hotel. I was disappointed. Also I love making coffee in the morning. There was ground coffee packs available to make coffee but no coffee maker. I called the front desk to let them know I was missing the coffee maker, they told me they were sorry but unfortunately they were out of coffee makers. They told told me there was coffee available downstairs for breakfast but I like to stay in my room and make my own coffee pot. I get social anxiety. I was disappointed with this hotel stay.

Our room smelled like mildew. Tried to get room changed first night and said nothing else was available. A pillow fell on the floor near ac unit and it was soaked with something. Hoping it was ac unit leaking. Went the next day to see if we could change rooms and were able to change rooms. Thankful for that.

The property was nice however not enough towels in the room, the hotel was in shambles due to the number of people over the weekend it should have been better organized . The price was gouged tremendously making it affordable for families. I would also suggest the hotel gets a bell so they will know people are waiting versus sitting there having to wait for a long period of time

Room was a great size for the price and overall was clean except for the sink drain... I had to scrub it down with the provided soap and scrubber. Black gunk and sewage smell, but after a deep cleaning the smell was gone. Other than that great stay; bed comfy, water HOT, and Breakfast was decent. Area was so quiet, super safe and had restaurunts literally a 5 minute walk away. Would stay again!

Overall the property is nice. The mattress sagged on the right side (room 416) and the shower head should be descaled. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, staff where not friendly. It always seemed ypu were bothering them and the breakfast staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Good overnight stay. Staff was friendly at check in while we had to do the check in on our phone due to computer issues at the front desk. Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice. Only one washcloth in the bathroom was odd when there was 2 of us. Hotel is in a good location but parking to check in is not very convenient. Overall nice hotel.

Great hotel
We loved it! The size of the room was great, it was right next to several restaurants, and staff was wonderful. The breakfast was kind of a let down compared to what's pictured in the photos, but overall we really enjoyed our stay

房间非常干净，所有设施一应俱全；他们没有旅行装的一次性洗漱用品，这对我来说很棒。他们提供可补充的洗手液、洗发水、护发素等……

住了一晚，竟然全程没有热水。我半夜跟值班人员反映了，结果也没人处理。后来我联系了预订平台，他们给酒店打电话，前台的人竟然说我从来没投诉过，看来值班的人根本没把我们的对话记录下来。酒店在沟通和解决问题方面真的需要改进。我花了200美元住了一晚，连澡都没洗成，至少应该给我部分退款。
