Hotel is very dirty is infested with cockroaches and couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the infestation. Hotel staff didn’t want to give us towels for the room and the refrigerator was out in my room.
These issue occurred on November 22-23 upon checking in. I am truly disappointed and will like a refund for my stay

酒店回复: Unfornunately at this time a refund will not be issued. upon investigation the refridgerator is working and there were used towels in the bathroom .

蟑螂太多了，房间里还有股霉味。浴室的排气扇也坏了。幸好我带了雷达牌杀虫剂。
设施很旧。房间里我们三个人，却只提供了一块肥皂。我还看到了好几只虫子。我不会再来了。
