酒店设施一流，唯一不足是我在毛巾里发现了头发。前台的那位女士服务态度不太好。
我们非常喜欢这次入住。
员工非常友善，乐于助人。
房间很漂亮，宽敞又现代。虽然位置离我们想去的区域稍远，但附近有个火车站，很方便。
我们一定会再次入住，并强烈推荐。
办理入住手续很顺利——可惜，这是唯一值得称道的地方。我特意预订了一间安静的房间，结果却被安排在电梯旁边。震耳欲聋的音乐、砰砰的关门声和敲门声吵得我半夜睡不着……几乎无法入睡。
第二天早上，我向前台反映了这个问题——却被一位看起来很不耐烦的员工立刻敷衍了事。他完全不理解我的感受，也丝毫没有提供帮助的意愿。
更糟糕的是，停车费和早餐费都贵得离谱。就实际体验而言，根本不值这个价。
房间本身……唉：床底下积了厚厚一层灰尘和污垢，显然已经很久了。对于这个价位的酒店来说，这简直太令人失望了。
我绝对不会再预订这家酒店了。

总体评价：员工态度极其恶劣，毫无热情可言；他们显然不想在那里工作。无论是前台还是餐厅，都如此。停车完全是浪费时间；明明可以免费停在路边，他们却要收8欧元，而且停车场根本没有门禁，只是路边的一个停车位而已。套房：浴缸坏了，还附带一张纸条写着“请勿使用，浴缸已损坏”。已投诉；我们预订时也确认了只有淋浴，所以这部分已经包含在内。
带工作区的书桌放在卧室里，上面放着一台电视，所以根本没法用。起居区：只有一张折叠床当沙发，没有桌子，什么都没有。
状况：地毯脏污，三个窗户的百叶窗都坏了。
卧室：一张床宽140厘米。前台一直坚持说床宽180厘米（两块90厘米的木板）。他们邀请那位女士一起测量，但她拒绝了。她非常清楚自己错了。
我们绝对不会再来这家酒店，而且很多人也不会推荐这家酒店。

早餐种类不多，但选择丰富——早餐区的女士非常友好。
我们的房间在老建筑里，楼上有蜘蛛网和一只蜘蛛（我们个人并不介意）。遗憾的是，没有冷水，淋浴很困难，而且暖气也坏了。只有当外门上挂着“请清洁”的牌子时，房间才会被打扫——但房间仍然没有被打扫。
酒店虽小但非常不错。房间干净整洁。我们到达时已经很晚了，尽管前台工作人员需要加班，但我们仍然受到了热情友好的接待。我推荐预订高级客房。
我很乐意再来。
房间里有迷你冰箱和微波炉，这对于行李寄存来说非常重要。唯一的缺点是床边和桌子之间大约有60厘米的空间，但如果能再多50厘米就完美了。可惜的是，院子里的希腊餐厅因为假期关闭了。

酒店很大，我们住的是一间宽敞的房间，床也很舒服。早餐很棒。浴室略显老旧，巨大的浴帘遮住了半个浴缸，浴室里也没有挂钩可以挂东西。酒店略显老旧，但总体维护得不错，除了偶尔会有一些蜘蛛网和老旧的浴室。
