The refrigerator in our room was not plugged in. The shower provided absolutely no water pressure and the water did not get hot. Front desk staff was helpful. Carpet in room looked shabby.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. Breakfast was good, except I have milk allergies and all items with eggs had milk in them. But very good bagel, and decent sausage.
Room was very clean. Only issue was water pressure minimal. We were on top floor so that may be the issue

The floor in Bathroom was dangerous. There was a sign telling to ask for a mat in the bathroom to avoid the slippery floor!! We assumed it was the floor of the shower. Oh no stepping on to the floor
Was horrifying. !!!!!! was the wrong flooring for a bath area specified ? you are in for future law suits! Also the handrails in the stairs were painted with very slippery paint. No grip in an emergency ! !
