The floor in Bathroom was dangerous. There was a sign telling to ask for a mat in the bathroom to avoid the slippery floor!! We assumed it was the floor of the shower. Oh no stepping on to the floor
Was horrifying. !!!!!! was the wrong flooring for a bath area specified ? you are in for future law suits! Also the handrails in the stairs were painted with very slippery paint. No grip in an emergency ! !

The staff was nice the room was clean it there was no hot water in the shower. I tried to shower at night and in the morning but it was the same no hot water.
