Room was very clean and the view was outstanding even though I paid a higher rate because I wanted the water view. Having the sink in the sleeping area was a little odd however bathroom could not accommodate the sink. I was called prior to my arrival which I thought was a nice touch.

The complimentary breakfast was simply, a joke. The staff were pretty good. Had to ask them for cleaning service due to covid…hasn’t it been a few years now? They don’t tell you that until you realize room wasn’t done. Maybe it was mentioned on the site, but still, silly. They do a pretty good job cleaning when it is done. Some suspect areas though. They need to do a more thorough job. The beds were comfortable enough. The shower worked well and they provide you plenty of hooks. The toilet was quite low. Not good for bad backs, etc. They charge you for bottles of water—$1—but for the price they’re charging for the rooms, with respect to the low value for the amount spent, they should at least give you a couple of complimentary bottles each day. (There were two of us in the room.) Maybe I’m asking for too much. Location was good. The view from the room and the balcony—downstairs—was nice. The furniture on the balcony was rusty. DON’T use the coffee machines! At least the one I had had some kind of particulate floating around. I ran water through it three times and although an improvement … I would rate the hotel a 7.5/10. If not for the view, the convenient location, the staff, oh, and the walk along the Narragansett Ocean wall right across the street, it would receive a lower score.

The balcony was one of the best! The view was great and very relaxing. The sitting room was excellent! Staff was very accommodating and friendly! The room was clean andas well as the shower. Water temperature was hot and had great pressure. We enjoyed our time spent there! Thank you!

For the price, the hotel lacked amenities. Felt like a motel. Very outdated inside. Bed sheets were like paper. Property grounds could have used some Adirondack chairs facing the ocean. Lots of potential.

Friendly staff, place is slightly worn down,dated, the location is great with nice decks looking out over the ocean. Breakfast isn’t great - cereal and packaged bagels in refrigerator. Downside - shower was dirty, hair in drain.

Late check in was not a problem. Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and even gave us some helpful travel tips for the area. The Breakfast Corner was nice in the morning with bagels and juice. The room was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted (and they all worked). AC/Heat was easily adjustable to comfort. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View of the ocean was amazing. We would stay here again.

A nice older hotel in a central location. Everything worked and was freshly painted. Big set of stairs to second floor. Breakfast was very limited: store bagels and cereal, good coffee, OJ from concentrate. Bed a little soft for us. Large room with separate sitting area and small waterfront balcony with chairs.
