The gentleman that helped me was very helpful, not so happy with the way my niece and brother were treated night before. But overall everything was fine.

It was a good trip. The service was good. The rooms were clean. I didn't realize that they serviced the rooms every third day of your stay. We were still able to get extra towels and wash cloths from the front desk. It was conveniently located with restaurants and retail stores in the area. There was plenty of parking.

服务差，入住不安全
我住的房间门有问题，锁根本锁不上，可以直接推开。第二天早上我发现这个问题后就告诉了前台，他问我的房间号。结果晚上回来的时候门还是没修好。第二天早上我又去找了同一个前台，这次他记不住我的房间号了，所以我让他亲自去房间检查一下，结果发现门锁还是锁不上。
我们入住的第一间房没有打扫干净。我们走到前台要求换房。第二间房我们住进去了，但是空调的声音像发电机一样。每隔45分钟到1小时，空调就会发出巨大的“砰”的一声启动，然后持续运行10分钟，噪音非常大。几年前我们住过这家酒店，当时的体验好得多。看来他们已经疏于维护了。不用说，我们根本没睡着。早餐非常美味，员工也很友善。
至少还有一张床
我们预订的房型和实际入住的房型不符。当我们提出疑问时，他们说只剩下这种房型了。在我们把行李搬到楼上房间之前，他们没有事先告知。我们预订的是两张大床的房间，结果却被安排到一间只有一张特大床和一张沙发的房间。简直无法接受！！
我对房间本身没有任何不满，非常干净，只是楼上房间传来的噪音太吵了。入住的两晚里，我不得不多次联系前台反映噪音问题，结果几乎没怎么睡好。
不值这个价
这是我第二次入住这家酒店。哇，真是天壤之别！办理入住时，Michele的服务很棒！她非常热情友好，展现了卓越的客户服务。当时排队的客人很多，但她确保和每一位等候的客人都聊了聊。然而，房间却完全是另一番景象。办理入住后，我们离开酒店去吃点东西。回来的时候已经很晚了，所以我们没有注意到房间的清洁程度远低于HGI的标准。我的浴室地板看起来已经好几周没打扫过了。地板上到处都是我和我妻子都看不到的头发。放脏兮兮的浴垫的杆子也断了。淋浴间的架子，或者应该说是小凳子，都快要从墙上掉下来了。沐浴露几乎用完了。地毯上有明显的污渍，而且看起来像是吸尘器吸得忽冷忽热。办公椅的把手上还粘着一块吃了一半的饼干。洗手的时候，一只水蝽从地漏里爬了出来。我们明明已经挂了“暂不退房”的牌子，但你们的工作人员还是敲门，而且没有表明身份。我们出来后，他们把垃圾桶放在了门前。退房时间前他们又来敲门，连句“不好意思”都没说。鉴于此，我觉得我会选择住别的酒店，因为就我们付的钱来说，这家酒店根本不值这个价。我觉得在汽车旅馆6号都能订到更好的房间！
