A lot of hair in the bathtub that was not mine. That made me nervous about other things in the room.

Staff was friendly and the room was nice. The bed wasn't very comfortable though, seemed to be very worn out.

Though a bit outdated, the most important part of our stay was at this hotel - a quiet and very clean room to sleep well with a clean comfortable bed, plenty of towels in shower. We didn't need/use kitchen but it was nice to see a 2-burner electric stove and full-size fridge. Ice maker was a little noisy while ice landed on empty tray in freezer but understandable. Ample parking and safe area. No breakfast but 24-hr coffee available in lobby.

Stayed in a Holiday Inn Express yesterday with a “very good” rating yesterday. ZERO PET FEE AND A FREE BREAKFAST.
This place is underwhelming and the surcharge for a pet is wrong. Wouldn’t have stayed here had I known! I can see a Holiday Inn Express over the parking lot from my (dirty) hotel window !
Underwhelmed. ticked off about the $40 “pet fee”. Manager even acknowledged “oh yeah, we get that comment a lot”. That’s just ripping people off. That’s theft. That’s bad.
I will give an “average” rating and not “poor” because the facility if ok. But stealing $40 from me is not good.
