The staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. (We’re 75 y/o)
Breakfast was not going to be served in the morning. We left early so a cup of hot chocolate served the purpose.

The place was clean breakfast was good. The elevator was broken when we checked in they said it would be fixed in a couple hours. Had to go to 3 rd floor due to health issues it was hard going up and down stairs. Caused cramping and discomfort in legs and feet. The lady who checked us out even said she could tell be watching me on steps.

I can honestly say I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn, no matter where I am traveling in the United States. I have always been happy with that hotel. That is until I stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn Omaha near the airport

Very clean, nice room. Reserved a shuttle for airport, it showed up late. Apparently the elevator has been not working for about a month. Lots of bags to haul up steps.

I expect a FULL REFUND as we ended up going to another hotel! We were not told the elevators were not working and HAD BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK OR SO! My husband and I are in our seventies and could not haul up our suitcases to the second floor especially with my husband’s heart problems! The check in gal met us when we pulled up sitting outside in the freezing cold smoking with her walker!!!! Will never book at that HAMPTON INN AGAIN!! Please start my refund!

Hard mattress
We usually love our stays at Hampton Inn but the mattresses at this location are not the normal soft ones, they are hard and it made for a rough night sleep. You also couldn't open the shade due to a missing pull string to let the morning light in

我们没有吃早餐。
离机场很近。只需在凌晨的航班前睡几个小时，所以无法使用便利设施。
