Room smelled like old smoke and whatever was used to cover it up. Fridge was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. People were nice. Breakfast was good.

I stayed in room 128. The mattress is shot, very uncomfortable.lIt has a very big bowin the middle. The pillows were also worn out need replacement. The handle in the shower that changes the water from the showerhead to the handheld showerhead was broken did not work. I had to take a shower with both of them going at the same time water all over the floor. The entire staff were impeccable, friendly, respectful, .3 am I had a craving for milk. Went to the front desk and they went in the back and gave me a cup of milk. I would’ve given this review five stars the Matress I couldn’t sleep at all hurt my back pillows were completely worn out horrible sleeping experience in the bed. The staff was impeccable every single staff member I met from the building engineer to morning afternoon And Night staff fantastic so friendly.

The TV is my king suite was very old and the remote control. The TV was so old it was red in tint and was annoying to watch!

Everything was perfect. I started 2 nights my room was very clean, bed was comfortable. I had the king suite and was very roomy. I took advantage of the whirlpool and pool doing my stay. The breakfast was a great addition to all the many amenities Hampton Inn offer. I would definitely visit again real soon

Beautiful, Comfortable and Clean
The hotel was clean and modern. The room was airy and beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised. I requested early check-in. The room seemed okay but then I noticed housekeeping didn't spread the bed. Probably they failed or forgot - it was neatly covered by the comforter. I responded to a text asking how was my stay so far, stating what I saw. Immediately the team worked to correct the issues. New linens were provided, bed was made. No excuses, no delays. The bed I thought would be uncomfortable, since it was a bit soft to my liking. I ended up getting very restful sleep. Love it! One suggestion is to have a few recycle bins visible. I didn't see any during my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda and Michelle, and front desk staff.
