Personell was not friendly, reported coffee pot was not working in room. Refrigerator froze your food. It was clean no amenities. Not pet friendly. No pets unless service dogs which one of ares was so we got keep.all 3 there 2 of which weigh about 7 lbs.

Our TV was not working. The night staff came and helped to get it to work, but it went out again. In the morning it was still not working I advised the morning staff and they didn’t do anything. Finally she offered some points. I would have appreciated a room change or a discount. A minimal point offer did nothing for our trip.

My family and I love it
The hotel was very clean, the bed super comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the best part was the breakfast.

This visit was ok this time normally its AMAZING!!
We asked for a ground floor room we were given 3rd floor, also asked for handicapped room and wasnt given one. Then when we got into bed, both beds the sheets were still damp. We ALWAYS stay at this hotel only when in the area but this time it wasnt the greatest of times. The nightly hotel clerk hes always very friendly.

Serious Security Breach
Could have been a 5 star if not for the receipt for my payment that was tucked partially under my door. The receipt clearly displayed my name and address on the top and was accessible for anyone walking down the hallway to pick up. This type of information SHOULD NOT be divulged to anyone without the need to know. This is a security breach in my opinion and whomever left the receipt on the floor should be held accountable.

Property appears to be fairly new. Quiet even tho my room was close to the elevator. Am checkout staff went over and beyond to help me retrieve an item. Comfortable bed and space.

I do not remember two of the employees names, but they were awesome. We had a couple special request. They always did everything they could do to accommodate them. Will be staying there again in October specifically due to the employees.
