Staff was very welcoming. Place was clean. Nice fish tank. Rooms were clean. Bed slept very comfortable. Recommended.

I'm considered long term stay here. I've got nothing but positive comments for the establishment. Very clean rooms and lobby, breakfast had a couple items switched daily offering a variety of items. The pool area is very clean as it's the hot tub. The beds are very comfy and easy to regulate room temps.
Location is great its close to shopping and entertainment, and restaurants. Great experience over all. I recommend it

Signs everywhere instruct guests on what to do. There's rarely anyone at the front desk, which is inconvenient for guests traveling and needing to check in, get assistance, etc.

It was a nice, basic room with hot breakfast. I almost called in to the desk about the noisy people in the halls, talking and slamming doors around 11:00pm but they settled down after awhile.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. However the HVAC was not working. The room was 61 degrees when we checked in and nothing we did would warm it up. The next day the room was 76 and we had it set for 72. Barely a trickle of air from the vent. We slept with windows open to try to regulate temp.

Not only were they the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life, but they need to really clean their rooms

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were good and the main indoor courtyard was a nice unique feature. Many tables and couches to hang out and chat.
