Not the cleanliness. No towels, I called the front desk and I was asked to come pick them up. Charged my card, prior to me checking in.

NO HOT WATER
The hot water did not work when I checked in and didn't work the next morning. I had to take a ICE COLD SHOWER!

Room 103 was musty and smelled. Everything felt damp, including the carpet and bedding. The door handles, fixtures, and desk area had a film of dampness. We got to our room around midnight (too late to switch rooms) and left at 8:00AM. We told the front desk person that it was extremely musty, humid and damp in the room, and she apologized and said she woukd have maintenance look at it.

The room was nicely equipped but had a strange odor and was very damp and humid making it very uncomfortable. And yes, we ran the AC to try and lower the dampness, but it did not help. And yes, I do understand humidity as I live in Houston and experience it daily.

The lady that checked us in was amazing. The only breakfast food that was offered was a a store in lobby to buy food.

I paid for my room in full through Orbitz and still had to be charged again for the room during my stay as the deposit and have het to receive my $200 back and it’s been 3 weeks now and they keep saying 3-5 or 7-10 business days.
