The room was fine, modern and spacious. They stuck us in building 4 with a view of a rock parking lot. We did not enjoy our stay, and if you’re next to the rock parking lot, you hear the cars driving across them all night long, and theythey’re loudloud at night when everything else is quiet. Many other rooms have the same view. Check in wasn’t impressive and took over 30 minutes and I was the only one there and I had even checked in on line. We were there on a Thursday and Friday morning, they do not serve breakfast, so they give you a coupon across the street to a old greasy spoon for $12 each . The place is like something out of a movie. Tootless old ladies that literally spit on your food when they talk. This is not an exaggeration in anyway. Dishonest and poor management here. Never again.

Everyone was very helpful,the rooms were great and so was the pool,the beacb near the hotel is beautiful and so are the sunsets that come along with it,its probably only a 5 minute walk and the cute little shops right next to the hotel are adorable.

Very unclean
The property is very nice and conveniently located in AMI. However after going for the second year in a row we were very disappointed. Very dirty. One walk around the room and our kids feet were black. No mopping goes on only vacuuming and the same things like sand where still on the floor each time we went back. One day they didn't put towels for us and ended up bringing it quick when we called. Best customer service was from a young man named Tyler who switched out our rooms as soon as we got there and hadn't gotten the same one as the year prior ( due to space ). We loved the hotel prior to this stay, and will most likely not be back. Getting outdated and like I said very unclean. The couches and the carpets are also very filthy. Big worry especially when traveling with kids and you see little cockroaches in the room.
