There was a pill that my son almost got a hold of crawling on the floor that wasent cleaned, there was so many scratches and black spots on the walls. The bathroom door didn’t even lock. The lamp shades had so much black on them from being dirty. I would rather spend over $100 for a clean room and working locks.

Overall, our experience was good. The only complaint would be the fact that they didn’t have our handicap accessible room ready, even at the check in time of 3pm. We were then informed that it would be another 20 minutes or so until room would be ready. We had a scheduled appointment at another event that afternoon so it was not feasible for us to wait much longer. In the end we just settled for a regular room, but they just need to ensure that regular and handicapped rooms are ready by the check-in time.

The bath towels were very small. The evening Front Desk Agent was friendly and very helpful. The morning Front Desk Agent was not helpful.
Lastly, the breakfast was lacking with no protein at all and very little fruit.

Do not like being charged a $50 deposit. This is the only hotel I have ever had that happen.
No TV remote, eventually the front desk clerk brought one to the room.

Great room! Water pressure was great! Delicious breakfast and staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds & close to Santa's Wonderland.

One of the workers did not have handicap parking placards or license plates and parked in a handicap parking spot. I was leaving the parking lot for dinner and she almost reversed into my vehicle so i rushed tk reverse quickly and she keep reversing. She sped off leaving the property. The pillow cases and sheets had blood spots and didnt notice until the morning when leaving, very unsatisfactory. I booked two rooms and regret going there.
