Poor service
We arrived about 2:30 am. Could not get in. Doors were locked with a message to press a call button to be let in. The button did not work. We knocked on the door several times. Nothing. Waited roughly 15 minutes and a lady finally walked to the check in desk and heard me knocking. Told her the button didn't work. She said it was fixed the previous day. Obviously it still didn't work. Then upon checking in, the credit card machine wouldn't work. We tried 3 cards from two of us and none would work. She kept saying the machine was fine. Obviously she didn't care or even try to work the problem. Everything else was fine.

Very pleased with my stay. Front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Room was much nicer than other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Very clean and updated. Breakfast staff very nice and helpful also.

We had connecting rooms and the noise of the doors opening was so loud- had to be propped open so we wouldn't hear the noise. Very loud and annoying.

酒店本身不错,睡得很好,员工服务也很棒。但是如果你需要开车往返坦帕,I-4号州际公路的交通状况很糟糕,我每次都花了超过一个小时。
员工和酒店都很棒。然而,在与*******交涉后,他们把日期弄错了,并额外收取了费用,要求将日期改到29日而不是30日,并且还给我发了邮件,说日期已经改正了,却没有把更改信息发给酒店,结果我为了参加棒球锦标赛又多付了300美元。30日的费用还没结清。一晚住宿费大约600美元。以后再也不用*******了。
