酒店回复: We are so sorry you were not satisfied with your stay, The pictures you posted are really zoomed in, we are sorry that we missed the little stains on the sheets, that is not typical for us, as you can see from our countless reviews. Rest assure all of our sheets are changed with every new guest that stays with us. Yes someone was in the office when you called about the outside air smelling like smoke, you spoke to them and said nothing about the bedding. Again we apologize about the tiny stains. We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.
