Room was clean & nice. Vanity light didn’t work, bathroom was very dark, when we asked front desk about it, gal was rude & said if it doesn’t work, must be burned out. No offer to have it fixed.

Staff was friendly and Helpful. The thing I didnt like was we got to town after dark. We had a hard time finding the entrance. I thank a sign out by the street would be a good thing.

The indoor pool has an access ramp for handicap… my child is not handicapped but she took FULL advantage of this opportunity.. was perfect for my three year old and with the pool only being 1.5 feet deep in the front she had a blast!!! We swam 5 hours Christmas Day !! The pool, and pool dorm was spotless clean and full of all our needs!! It was a blast!! Breakfast was perfect Rooms are perfect! great place to stay !! …. Amazing hotel

We first went to la Quinta and had a horrible experience so we decided to pay the extra money and stay here. This was the best hotel in Ponca city, in my opinion. It was clean, comfortable, nice staff, and the pool was nice as well. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at this location a few times as I do have business in Ponca City. I will never stay here again as they are not focused on accomodating their guests just meeting revenue metrics. I had to cancel my business trip due to hospitilization and I was within the 24 hour cancellation window and they had no empathy for my plight and refused to accomodate the cancellation. Stood behind the cancellation policy directly to me and back to the Hilton Diamond desk. I expect to be back in Ponca City for business in the future but this property will not get my business. Short sighted response to a guest with a unusual circumstance. I disagree with how they handled it but they showed their true colors. It's not about the guest so if you stay here hopefully you won't need anyting out of the policy as they won't accomodate.
