We were pretty bummed to find the bathroom looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned and our door would not lock properly and our door from the outside looked like it had been messed with before so all n all we felt very uncomfortable when we were hoping for an easy stay after a long day of traveling.

While the property was ok there are definitely things that need help. One being we not once got a hot shower. The water was Luke warm at best. Very disappointing. The other major issue we had was horrible pillows. The pillows were just this side of unusable. The continental breakfast was less than impressive. I’ve stayed at several TownPlace Suites that I love and this one is by far the worst. I will probably look into different accommodations if traveling to this area again.
