也许我有点老派,但我觉得前台的工作人员应该穿得正式点。前台的女士人非常好,但穿着一件超大号的运动衫。虽然她人很好,也很乐于助人,但第一印象不太好。
房间里有一个方便轮椅通行的无障碍淋浴间。我用了淋浴,结果水溅到了浴室的地板上。我觉得淋浴间的地板应该做成斜面,这样水就能全部流进下水道了。我用毛巾盖住地板吸水,但我丈夫半夜进去的时候差点滑倒。这个问题应该得到解决。
出门右转,地上有一些装饰石/岩石。那里到处都是烟头。真恶心。
床很舒服,这点还不错。他们不提供早餐。
哦!我差点忘了!我们房间旁边是一间“会议室”,周日早上8点,那里正举行一场热闹非凡的教堂礼拜。这是酒店,不是教堂。客房旁边不应该发生这种事。
我觉得我不会再住那里了。

如果您需要任何东西,请主动要求提供。毛巾、浴巾、纸巾,他们每7天来打扫一次。

我被告知,如果您是会员,可以提前入住。我甚至在去酒店之前就打电话咨询过,但到了酒店后,他们却说没有空房了。在等候区等了一会儿后,他们说他们可以准备好一间房间,并简而言之……他们让我提前入住简直是帮了我一个大忙。他们给了我房间钥匙,然后上楼了。房间一点也不干净,地板上到处都是污垢,微波炉上到处都是指纹,桌子和柜台上到处都是污垢。我不得不回到楼下告诉他们房间很脏,她先是说他们要打扫那个房间,过了一会儿又给了我另一个房间。我去了第二个房间,房卡打不开门,我不得不回到楼下告诉他们。她说她没有激活钥匙,并让不要告诉她的老板。第二天,我在楼下问前台能不能再给我两条毛巾,因为我们住了两天,他们好像只提供日用毛巾。前台说我得先把脏毛巾拿下去,他们才会给我毛巾。而且没有自动售货机可以买到像样的零食。真是糟透了。

房间很干净,但外面楼梯上的地毯很脏。额外设施不多……没有咖啡滤纸,没有洗碗机清洁剂,也没有洗洁精。没有早餐,也没有游泳池。房间设施简陋。很安静……没有家庭入住。看起来像是工人酒店。
