First room had someone else’s garbage in the can and hair in the bed. The toilet was not functioning, and the response was to provide us a plunger to plunge the toilet. Never got it fully functioning. Initial response was to let us keep the plunger for the night. Ultimately was able to switch rooms. Second room was clean and functional.

The hotel was great. Lovely and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the young man on reception, sorry I forgot his name but he was a great asset to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I chose that hotel because ******* said it had free airport shuttle. After I checked in, I found out that they don't offer a shuttle! Too late to go somewhere else! The desk clerk said that they have repeatedly notified ******* of the error.
Cost me $30 for transportation to airport.
Should I rely on ******* from now on?

No soap and toiletry items in unit upon arrival. I expected from website that they would have shuttle service to airport. The was not removed from website even though it was discontinued. Desk was unaware of this.
However the rooms were spacious and clean.

The location was good because of the quietness. I didn't like that the tub and toilet was still dirty and they never changed out the comforter. I had human hair on it and it was dingy. I will not stay there again.
