We were a group of five touring on our motorcycles, we are all in our sixties and seventies. We booked in F1, staff were nice and helpful and rooms clean. The tv didnt work (couldnt tune to anything. ) We had paid £4 each extra for breakfast but had to go to Ibis next door as they had no facilities.( Ive stayed at other F1s and they had a buffet breakfast) however this wasn't a problem. Next morning we walked over to Ibis and an obnoxious guy said we couldnt sit down, said it was a takeway breakfast. He gave us a bag each with some pieces of dry bread in. We had to argue to get a coffee! We were also told we couldnt eat or drink inside even in the foyer. It wasnt busy there were only four other people there. So we sat outside drank the coffee and put the bags of bread in a bin. I know this was an Ibis issue not F1, but they sent us there.
