Great staff. Very clean rooms. The classic king is on the smaller side so i would upgrade the size room next time

I booked a premium room with balcony. Upon arrival I was put in a standard room. I then had to call the front desk to be moved. Second time in a row that I have dealt with a confused front desk agent.

Stay was amazing! Very clean room, the only thing needs to be checked is the sink in the bathroom .

Very comfortable room. Balcony was appreciated. All staff were efficient, friendly and ready to provide a stay that was personal (room selection). Easy check in-loved the bubbly treat upon check-in. Bell and valet staff efficient and friendly. Easy in- comfortable stay-easy out.

The hotel offered a warm feeling from the moment we walked in the door. The staff, from valet to the restaurant, were kind and accommodating. This is our new favorite hotel in Napa.

房间很小，比较拥挤，只是住就勉强够。房间的床品，洗浴都挺高级的。但是前台服务比较差，对中国人不是很友好；入住正逢美国假期，服务员给了一个超级差的房间，窗外全是对面楼设备，根本无法拉开窗帘。提出换房，服务员态度很差。
不值这么多钱
住的很满意 View很好
可惜因为在二楼，在主街后面，所以只能看到一楼的屋顶，所以视野不太好。
代客泊车太不方便了，风景不错。
景色很好，我真的很想住在纳帕，但问题是二楼。
一楼太拥挤
可能是因为餐厅人多，又是周末。 最糟糕的是停车，但只有代客服务，要30分钟才能找到车。
