The staff forced us to pay for 5 breakfasts extra when only 3 people ate, the manager turned extremely rude as we were actually asking to book an extra room dans I had to insist to get a invoice, they also made us to pay for 2 extra local tax (compared to the number of people actually sleeping there), which is very expansive compared to most other European countries, since it is 5% of the room price. Some of he floor agents have been absolutely wonderful and nice, some were acting as if it was annoying for them to say hello, or talk to us and be diligent. We were 5 people staying a full week for a professional trip, which was quite expansive, and were treated like we were not welcomed. Unbelievable.
