I had requested a room upgrade to a room with bunk beds. I do this as soon as I received the link to be able to check in online. Well when I arrived the guy at the front desk said they weren’t able to clean all the rooms. I guess thank you for your honesty?? How are you not about to have all the rooms cleaned?!

Great hotel! Hot tub was hot, pool was cool! Breakfast was very good and the seating area was clean and comfy. Room, bed, tv were all great. Love the blinds to keep the sun out. Overall nice hotel with great front desk staff.

Place ave where it’s located is nice. Vents were very dusty, and my two bed side light switches did not work. But other than that. Good, fun, healthy stay!!!! :)

When I checked in, I said I had a reservation…no problem then. When I checked out, the hotel billed me. I didn’t realize this till credit card statements came.
工作人员似乎对我们前来办理入住感到不耐烦。他们既没有打招呼，也没有说任何客套话。我们的房间也不干净。浴室一角有假指甲，另一角有一团头发。泳池毛巾也没有。当我们提出要毛巾时，他们只是冷淡地敷衍了事。
房间大部分都很干净，但我们在床头柜底下发现了吃了一半的食物。
房间里的告示牌上写着毛巾每三天更换一次，但到了第三天，我丈夫不得不下楼去要毛巾。
他们还额外收取了350美元，却没有解释原因，也不知道什么时候能退还。
注意！我的卡被扣款三次。一次是全额，两次是总金额的50%。几天后，被扣款的款项才退回到我的账户。经理态度极其恶劣，一直打断我，重复着同样的话，而且根本不是我问的问题。我问了半天他都没回答，最后他直接挂断了电话。
淋浴间简直脏得令人作呕。瓷砖缝隙里全是霉斑和水垢。瓷砖也老旧不堪，有些都碎了。淋浴间脏得我都不敢进去，先在地上铺了条毛巾才敢洗。我可不想沾上什么霉菌。过去两周我住了十家酒店，这家绝对是最差的，而且价格也不算便宜。
淋浴间有轻微锈迹。房间地板的每个角落都很脏。我们离开时，甚至没有人问我们入住体验如何。前台接待员说话含糊不清，戴着棒球帽，看起来很不专业。令人失望。
