This hotel is right on the beach, which is pretty much its selling point. The hotel itself has been updated, but poorly.
However, my biggest issue was with the staff. I spoke with two different front desk employees while I was there and both were indifferent to any questions or concerns I had and had no answers. And the BIGGEST issue was the fact that, somehow there was fiberglass on the couch in our room. How it got there, I have no idea. It got on my arm from resting it on the arm of the couch. I know it was fiberglass, because my husband works with it often and recognized the marks it left on my arm. I’m normally pretty chill, honestly didn’t even care too much, EXCEPT that we have a four month old, AND were just trying to help future guests by letting them know. My husband told the manager, to which she looked at him incredulously and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. SO unprofessional and definitely not how someone in hospitality MANAGEMENT should respond.
Needless to say, we won’t stay here again, and if you want to stay somewhere where the staff actually cares if you enjoy your stay, I would recommend you don’t stay here either.
Side note: the restaurant at the hotel is owned separately and is wonderful 😊

I do have a hot water problem in the shower there is none yet the sink 2ft away has plenty and there is a leak that puddles on the floor i am in the second floor so that could create a problem otherwuse i am quite happy with the room.Parking is a bit weird but thats a seperate issue.

The property needs some updating/care. The elevator and carpets along the hallways specifically. The rooms themselves had everything you needed (except towels when we got in), but also feels old and not very nice or updated. The view was incredible. The proximity to the beach was so insanely convenient. Loved the on-site amenities of the pool/hot tub right when you get in from the beach plus a tiki bar and restaurant. There’s a shower station to wash off all the sand. It sounded like there would be some renovating done soon. The bones of the property are very good so I’m going to give it another chance next year and book again and see what updates they’ve made. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Beach view was great from the restaurant, bar, and pool/outer deck. Sunrise over the water during breakfast was perfect. Cant be beat. The food was spot on each time. Easy access to a great beach spot. Rooms need renovation which i hear they are getting soon. Had to ask for extra towels. Elevators are TINY and always a line.

Carpets in the main hallways are dirty and stained. The bathrooms are dirty and the fixtures are coming out of the walls. The walls have stains and are dirty

酒店位置绝佳，就在海滩边上！Joan人很好，很乐于助人。
但是地板太脏了，淋浴水压也非常小。
早餐现在要收费了，以前都是免费的，而且泳池和餐厅都关门了。不过总体来说还是个不错的地方。
