Decent room for the price, everything worked properly and it was clean. There is work to be done on the cosmetic side but they are working on it. Location can’t be beat! We tried using the hot tub the morning before we left and they said it didn’t open until 10 due to cleaning but nobody was cleaning it. We asked for an exception and they refused so I feel they could have easily won us over with a simple gesture.

The balcony room was excellent. It has been recently updated. The staff was very friendly. The hotel renovations are coming along quite well. The beach access and boardwalk are awesome.

This is the third time staying in this property and it has slowly gotten less desirable to return,while we like the location the facility is showing signs of disrepair the rooms are ok but the smell in the hallways is sometimes rather strong the windows are so fogged up you can hardly see outside. I will probably not book this facility if improvements are not made. What made this experience more frustrating is due to outside conditions we were forced to be indoors more than expected I hope improvements are made

My key didn’t work two times in a row, my son was charged twice…. The rooms are out dated and the elevator is pretty old… it’s unfortunate because they have an amazing view of the beach

Balcony had bird hardened bird poop on it, furniture stained, bed so high couldn’t get in it. Garbage cans too small, garbage in lobby full, coffee cold, garbage in hallway, loud music in bar, couldn’t sleep. Birds in pool so didn’t use.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony but the rooms need an update, especially the bathroom. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

I chose the property because it had a hot tub. I had a double knee replacement and use the hot tub for pain relief
After a full day of travel I changed into my swimsuit and signed out towels at the front desk. Walked to the hot tub only to find it freezing and without any jets on. I went back to the front desk to turn the towels in and when I told the lady at the desk she said she didn't know it wasn't working. There were no signs posted anywhere about it not working either. Then I went to the restaurant in the lobby to eat and the waitress told me people had been complaining about the broken hot tub for the entire week. Then I decided I would just go to my room and take a hot bath in the bathtub only to discover that there is no drain plug so therefore no way to take a bath either. I called the front desk to ask for one and was told they don't have one. Then the toilet backed up and I had to get a plunger. One problem after another unfortunately.
