Leaves a lot to be desired.
I’ll start by saying…your options while staying in Pampa are…not great and this hotel still seems to be the best option.
With that being said, the cleanliness is seriously lacking.
I’ve stayed here numerous times and will likely have to do so again.
I recommend looking over your bath towels before drying off. This is what mine looked like.

Clean rooms and facilities. The “heated” pool was not heated. The hot tub was hit but jets not working. These were the main reasons we booked here.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. The jets are operated manually by the two valves located on 2 sides of the hot tub. Please don't hesitate to ask the front desk for help with the hot tub, we are always available to assist.

The bed (king) was not the most comfortable. There were standard pillows instead of king size pillow.
Only one corner ledge on the shower that only a bar of soap would fit on. No place for bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Breakfast was great!

I reserved a handicap room. Tub and bathroom tile was slick. Carpet was damp and comforter was dirty

This property is great. We have stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Breakfast is great. Pool & hot tub also a nice option.

We wanted to go swimming but around 10 kids were in the pool alone and they was so loud.
