Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, as was the public space. Best place to stay in NW Nebraska.

The customer service was great. AC was not working properly and hotel was booked solid so front desk staff offered a discounted rate per night. Been staying there for 3 yrs straight for firearm deer season always a great stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had many options including a fancy coffee bar. Pancake machine was broken and no waffle maker but otherwise they had pastries, yogurts, standard variety of cereal, hot eggs, sausage, omelet, gravy. The check in and out process was easy and staff was very friendly.

Bath drain was full of hair and wasn’t draining. AC had a high pitched sound.
Breakfast was great and overall it was pretty good

I enjoyed my one night stay in Chadron at this Holiday Inn hotel. It was very clean, quiet and felt like a new place. The breakfast was well done with quality healthy ingredients and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was served in a spacious modern walk out area with a wall of windows looking out across the Nebraska farm country.
