Classy hitel, rooms are lovely. I just did not like thwir billing oractice of authorizing my debit card every day. I stead they should have hust taken full payment and let me know if i owed them for additional charges at check-out. I was deeply offended and i do not believe this is normal. No other hotel has ever treated me in this manner. They apologized and gave me a $50 discout, but it doesnt change how i feel, like i was being judged and discriminated against. Why i can onky guess, maybe my skin color? They thought i was going to leave without paying my bill? I dont know.

Worst experience ever they charged me on my debit card $896 when the total was $353 tying up my funds for who knows how long. No mabager avail to talk to the pool working again which was the whole point of booking this hotel when there are many options asked for a receipt still has not been emailed

The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the girl at the check in desk, Grace, was very friendly and helpful.

The room was extremely dirty, and my children even found someone’s dirty underwear. When we notified the staff, they acted as if this was normal and responded with a poor attitude. This was completely unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. This will be the last time I stay at this location

除了早餐不好以外，其它都Ok.
住在这家酒店感觉很不错。位置绝佳，离我朋友家很近。酒店很干净，服务也很好。
标准的商务便捷酒店，基础配置还是可以的，床比较舒服，但是很多东西房间都没有，比如瓶装水，牙具 拖鞋 梳子，早餐也没有。
安静，餐饮美味
一切都非常干净，人们非常友好。
