We always stay here when visiting our son and his family in Siloam Springs. Property and rooms are always clean, they provide a good breakfast in the morning and facility is set back from highway so that traffic noise is not an issue!

Staff was great. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but not a lot of variety from day to day. If you need housekeeping you have to request it, and that was ok because it was just me traveling alone. I would stay here again next time I visit Saloam Springs. It is convenient to food, gas, and highways.

We had a great stay, except The breakfast was just a little dissapointing. The breakfast had lots of great options, but when we arrived before 9 (breakfast was over at 9:30, there were a few options missing. They no longer had and milk, The hot water for the oatmeal was gone, and the super cool pancake maker was out of batter. Also, the breakfast servers were MIA, so The front desk lady was very helpful, and came to help. She did get some hot water and the pancake batter which took about 10 minutes. However, when the breakfast server did arrive, she said they did not have any more milk. They were completely out. So no cereal for my kids. There were many other options, so they survived, but they were a bit disappointed. Besides that our stay was very nice, and the beds were very comfy.

Nice newer property. The staff were friendly & helpful. Very convenient location to many dining options. The rooms & beds were very comfortable & clean. Shower was wonderful.

Overall stay was great. The issue was our room was not thoroughly cleaned beside the beds and under the desk, we found cutlery/silverware. Everything else in the room was clean and comfortable

The first room they assigned us. The main door would not lock and we had to change rooms right off the bat. In the next room. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower is so slippery. I fell down. It needs to have either rubber mats or rubber stickers on the floor of the tub. There were no protective rails to hold onto while showering. It was very dangerous. We were finally given a shower chair and since we were staying three days, we went and purchased a rubber tub mat, which cost us $15. The bedspread had two holes on the top.

The carpeting in our room and the halls were never vacuumed the entire three days we were there. The same debris remained on the floor every day. I will say the food service in the breakfast area was excellent, had a great selection of food choices and the area was very clean, the servers did an excellent job of keeping it full and clean. the main lobby was organized and clean. The service staff was helpful however, most did not speak English and did not understand what we were trying to say, however they were very pleasant and did the best they could. The pool area was very clean and kept well stocked with towels. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The area is safe and outside is well maintained had several nice seating areas to enjoy weather permitting. Facility is very close to many dining and food services. I would recommend this hotel for booking.

Parking was a little difficult due to some trailers that are taken up several spaces, but it was a busy night and I understand that can happen but other than that, it was OK and really everything was pretty nice. Is a good stay.
