I was told they needed my credit card for any other charges for the room, then 100 dollars was charged for amenities , and they had no pool, no breakfast, nothing but a sitting area and snack machines. Poor excuse of a hotel. No one was there to check us out either, so i couldn't raise the issues.

The $100 authorization is released after check out, but is there for you as a convince should you choose to charge anything to your room. It is not a charge for any of our amenities as those are all part of your reservation. Again, we thank you for staying with us and I do apologize for any misunderstanding around what we offer!

King Suites were very nice and provided all amenities. Location was good with easy access to freeways and shopping. It would be nice to have an included continental breakfast.

Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. But the curtains did nothing to block out the light and the room, especially the bathroom needed maintenence.

Clean room, very spacious, the front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Air conditioner did not work. It was over 100 degrees outside and the AC obviously needed attention.
