Door keys only work when used once, had to keep going back to off ice to get a card that works, once a staff member had to bring a laptop to the room to open the door. Had two TVs in the room and niether worked, and the three ladies and one male worker didn't seemed concerned with that even though i asked them to fix it. One off the female staff members even told me to try to fix it myself and that if that doesn't work they will look into it. The floor was really dirty, and the bathroom counter was coming off the wall. Beds were alright, and air conditioner worked. Michael was the only helpful staff member.

Rico was fantastic when i checked in. Courteous and friendly.

Cleanliness was fine, where there was an issue was the bathtub. Let's call it a well used bathtub to the point where they have attempted to paint sections which are worn down. The problem was that paint was flaking off and you would end up with the chips on the soles of your feet. Another minor issue was the height at which the showerhead was at. I'm 6'1" but the showerhead is placed for 6' so that hunch I had to do was just annoying enough. This is a common problem in the hotel industry.

I really appreciate and loved the night shift lady who checked me in she was so cool, understanding, patient, politely verbal and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I would really to thank her for everything 😊🙏

Another Great Experience
This is my second time staying at this hotel and my experience was as great as the first time. I still love the fact they show you the room first before you check in. I really believe that all hotel chains should offer that. That way, you can see what you are paying for because pictures on a website can be deceiving. Even though my room didn't have a TV because it needed repairs, I still took the room because I really don't watch TV. Beverly and Fenesta were so kind to waive certain fees and taxes as a result and I really appreciated that! The size of my room was perfect, I had the right amenities and my room was super clean. Hotel is within close proximity from dinning and shopping, all within walking distance! Excellent staff, a great room and the best location=a very satisfied customer that will DEFINITELY book another stay in the future!
