Very quiet location, rooms were very clean except sink had a smell and scribbles on the wall from a kid I assume. Cleaning staff was alway very pleasant. Laundry room wasn't great smelled like pee.

First impression means nothing to this place . The residents are sketchy the staff are rude, and just want your money. I tried to check in around noon, I seen clean rooms with the curtain pulled back. I've worked in hospitality, which is how I knew. We were sent to a waiting area which is outside in the scorching heat we were trying to recooperate from, despite my room already been paid. On top of that I waited an additional 30 mins to check in by now it was going on 4. Later in to the check in I was charged a surprise deposit of 27 dollars and I wanted to add another guest they told me that's an additional 12 dollars on top of the 64.00 already paid and a deposit. I felt like they robbed me blind but was grateful to have a room . As far as recommending hotels, it's clean comfortable and somewhat affordable if u add nothing to your reservation. They just need better staff. They were unprofessional. And making a paying guest wait on you then jack the price up at check in is unacceptable. I was angry they took all my money for no reason. I want to think because I'm American and a woman. But is what it is. Don't arrive early , they will make you wait till after 3. Also they are money hungry. I may never come back. ... Well I will but the whole staff would have to be removed. Terrible customer service . They do as they want. Sigh.....not happy I spent 95 dollars and intended on a cheaper stay without the extra. They'll get one star for now.
