We had a great experience here! The apartment was in great condition and it looked clean. For the price this was an absolute steal. Thanks for a great stay!

I got there to make my check in and I see someone outside the hotel waiting on a window for the front desk person. 30 minutes later she park on her car, same think at 9:00 am
Their was no one their at the hotel.
Cockroach on the room, smells bad

I stayed for 3 nights. My TV in the room does not work. I informed the girl at reception on the second day, but nothing was done. So I had no TV service for 3 days. I asked for some kind of compensation, but nothing was given back to me....For some reason, they don't stock any shampoo in the rooms. When asked about it, the girl in reception said people like to bring their own and is for hygienic reasons (?). How are the small unopened individually packed shampoo be less hygienic??? If their business model of saving 5 cents of the cost of shampoo for profit, then I will never book with the hotel again.

I ordered doordash to my room. They didn't come. I think someone in the office got my food. The room smelled very bad. The mattress was horrible. There were no cups or utensils in the room to use. That should come in the room. The floors were uneven and buckled. It was a horrible experience for just needing somewhere to sleep

我住了 7 天，我知道这不是一个昂贵的地方，因此也不豪华，但卫生条件很差，我想无论你付多少钱都应该如此。
