The linens are hard and house keepers did not clean the room after one night stay. So over all needs improvement. The front desk personnel were great.

TV remote was not working. Front desk said maintenance would be by to fix it but they never showed up before we left.

Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful upon check in. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Arrived at 6:15pm and rooms were not available as still being cleaned. I am fine with that, however staff at front desk was rude in relaying that information. Customer service is your only job!

非常干净，服务也很周到。
每次来夏洛特都住这里，这次赶上一帮孩子们聚会，真是要命了…
前台那位小哥非常友善，也很乐于助人。房间很干净。床垫一边凹陷得很厉害，不过我个子小，而且当时也很累，所以没太在意。睡得很好。早餐闻起来很香，但我没吃，因为我早上7点就要上班，而早餐也是7点开始供应的。
房间和服务人员都很棒，但我非常失望的是房间里的电视不是智能电视。遥控器上只有Netflix和亚马逊的选项，仅此而已，只有几个按钮。电视无法连接Wi-Fi，所以我待在房间里几个小时都看不了电视。考虑到现在智能电视价格很实惠，这真的令人失望。既然房间里没有智能电视，或许至少应该提供基本的有线电视服务，这样我们这些只想躺在床上放松的客人也能看电视。
这是一套有两个房间的套房。确实需要好好打扫一下。窗帘上有很多洞。每个房间都有空调，但只有一台能用。
