This property was not at all what I expected, based on what I read and saw online (It did not look exactly like the photos online). There was a big spider web with a pretty big spider in one of the hallways so, it had been there a while. That caused me to wonder about the upkeep of the property and cleanliness. Then, the hallway where our room was located reeked of ****. Inside the room (218) was dirty, the bedding was stained, some of the pillows had marks and damage, there was a good amount of damage in the room, the television turned on but would not change channels, etc. The toilet seat had a seal on it, stating that it was clean, yet when I broke the seal and opened the lid, it was clearly dirty and stained. The sink and sink area was a bit dirty as was the shower. When I told the front desk, he just offered to change the bedding. This stay was a waste of money and a huge disappointment!!! I will definitely not be staying here again!

I had a great experience at MainStay Suites in Moreno Valley. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Such bad customer service, I cancelled before even going to this hotel. They woke me up by calling me at 11:30pm, 3 weeks before my reservation, just to see if I was keeping the reservation. What is the point in that and to call so late as to wake me up. Huge red flag!!! Glad I cancelled before enduring more stupidity.

房间很干净。我的身份证在收到身份证文件的当天就过期了。一位女士拒绝了我的DMV收据。第二天，另一位接待员没有想到我的DMV收据。2025年6月1日早班很粗鲁。我觉得早班的接待员穿着不合适。裙子和露脐装。我今年56岁了，腿被床的木边弄伤过好几次。不得不等干净的毛巾。卫生间的墙上到处都是头发。所有设施都无法使用。健身房没有开放。游泳池很脏。我被告知不能带宠物。当我在办理入住手续时出示我孩子的ESA证件时，我感到很尴尬。
我非常喜欢这里，地理位置优越，前台服务人员服务周到，而且性价比很高。
地方很不错，房间很干净，服务也很好，还有一个游泳池，也很不错，如果你让他们加热的话，游泳池也会变热，我肯定会推荐这个地方作为你下次度假或一般度假的地方，因为这个地方真的很好，我真的无法表达我在这里有多么享受
