设施齐全，房间宽敞且清洁舒适。前台，清理房间以及门口的服务人员态度超级好，这个天气游泳池有点冷。早饭餐厅有点小，早饭品质还不错。可以免费借自行车，周边有几条路车不多可以骑行，西湖周围有不少烂尾楼。
大年初一上午打车有点难，估计大家都去走亲戚了^_^
小小的建议，厨房电器如果能有一些说明就好了，那个抽油烟机研究了半天不会开，还是工作人员来帮我们打开了，电磁炉也研究了一会才会用。
总的来说很不错
设施：整体设施还是可以的 还有个大阳台
卫生：卫生条件很好
环境：大晚上的还是有点点吵 即使阳台都关了
服务：服务还是标准的 另外早餐不错
这家酒店坐落在河内市中心外围，毗邻一个大湖，是一个放松身心的好去处。设施可能有点旧，但考虑到性价比，它绝对是一个不错的选择。餐饮也不错，前台员工非常友好。下次还会再来！
这家酒店简直太棒了。从我们抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就态度亲切有礼。在我们等待的时候，他们还主动提供了一杯养生茶，并耐心协助我们找到ATM取款机来支付押金。我们每天进出酒店去参加活动时，前台工作人员都会热情地打招呼。
酒店的景色很美，服务式公寓里配备了各种家用物品，包括锅碗瓢盆和餐具。还有微波炉，非常方便。
酒店位置很好，距离老城区只有15-20分钟车程，步行探索也很方便。附近有很多地道的商店和餐馆，我们每天都能轻松享受到美味的餐点和小吃。我强烈推荐大家入住这家酒店。
我和父母旅行时在这里住了两晚。房间很宽敞，我们一家人住得很舒服，感觉像在自己家一样。空调也很给力。
电视还能收到韩国新闻频道。唯一的小缺点是浴室里不能用吹风机，所以对着镜子吹头发做造型有点不方便。除此之外，其他都很满意，员工也很友善，住得很舒心。
酒店里的韩式餐厅有会说韩语的经理和员工，交流起来很方便，而且食物也很美味。
房间的设施齐全，打车grab定位准确，不太适合86路离站点900m有点远了。服务到位，打扫的员工很负责。不过这个位置对面有个夜间花市，有一天是有点吵的
酒店位置还不错，虽然到市区大概要15分钟。但是我们旅行期间遇到了大雨/台风天。下大雨的时候，即使市区的商店都还开着，也根本打不到出租车/Grab来酒店（我猜是西湖附近区域）接我们去市区。这种情况真是始料未及，我们有一天只能待在酒店区域。酒店大部分员工都很好很友好，除了一个叫Eric Nguyen的男员工。他假装回应你，但实际上根本没有跟进或提供帮助。当我们问其他员工时，我们的问题就立刻得到了回应/解决。
我们首次到河内，家人一起3口，可以住公寓式酒店，享受宽敞客厅，很满意。需要特别留意，酒店没有提供拖鞋的个人洗护具，我们单独外出购买了。以后在预定房间前要瞧仔细了
我们在这家酒店住得很愉快，非常喜欢宽敞的房间和便利的地理位置，让我们探索这座城市变得轻而易举。虽然早餐没有完全达到我们的预期，但其他一切都很令人满意，我们很乐意为了舒适和绝佳的地理位置再次入住这里。
订了一间单间公寓。总的来说，房间很舒适，配有室内饮水机。公寓前面就有一家便利店。健身房也很不错。
