We were given a room right next to the pantry and kitchen, at about 4am it started getting noisy and we couldn’t sleep at all. We had booked this room just for having a good night’s sleep during our travels and that didn’t happen because of all the noise. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told that I was given this room because I booked it only the day before my stay. Atleast they could have given me a heads up, I would have booked elsewhere!

A very well maintained facility. Staff was very accommodating. One of the nicest motels I have stayed at for overall satisfaction.

The room was nice and clean. The area was very quiet and safe. Right on Penn Ave, it was very convenient to eat and shop if you like. Parking is easy and the staff is very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again

Room was clean and stocked with liquid soap & lotion containers. Rooms are large and comfortable. Would recommend.

我们被安排到一间闻起来像臭鸡蛋的房间。我们抱怨了一番，被告知酒店已满。我们下楼后，拒绝接受拒绝，酒店给我们安排了一间新房间。我们见到了清洁工，他们确认地毯上确实有鸡蛋，他们之前已经尝试清理过，现在计划再次清理。我们用钥匙进入了新房间，发现那间房间已经有人住，我们谦虚地道了歉，然后回到前台。酒店给我们安排了第三间房间（第三次很幸运），我们坚持要求前台带我们去房间检查一遍，然后再入住。我不确定是否会继续住在这家酒店，在我看来，对于独自旅行的女性来说，这里不安全。我们睡觉时把门锁上了，还把椅子和行李箱放在门边。
我们的问题不是酒店，也不是*******。我们需要一间无障碍房间给我们92岁的父母，但他们没有空房间。
我们的房间不是每天都打扫的。我们必须自己要求打扫，还要索要干净的毛巾，垃圾也没有人清理。
这家酒店比大多数酒店都好。非常干净，员工服务也棒极了。早餐和负责送餐的小哥都非常出色。
