I paid for a room at this hotel only to be told at check in that I had been moved to a different hotel without my knowledge. I was still charged for the more expensive hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like about it was the pillows. They were awful, but other than that, the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Loved that they had shampoo soap and conditioner in the shower is ready for you.
