Hotel and staff was great! Continental breakfast is offered. Everything was fresh and the atmosphere was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Clean and spacious room with a lovely city view
friendly and helpful service atnthe front desk and from housekeeping
We had to have maintenance work on the AC/heating unit while we were out one day. But this wasn't something that could be predicted or helped; it happens. It is an old building (something that appealed to us) and the maintenance guy was really nice and left no mess whatsoever.
Complimentary cookies were a nice touch
Laundry facilities would be better if they accepted debit or used an app. But there is an ATM in the lobby and the front desk provided quarters, and the washer and dryer work really well, so I can't complain.
The streetcar, restaurants, bars, and shops are a walk away. Not a bad location.
Would stay here again. We actually did extend our stay before leaving KC

Very clean room, lobby/breakfast area was completely scrubbed and sanitized after breakfast, they even wiped the bottom side of all table tops. Great price.

Our two night stay was perfect. The employees were helpful and super friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and had lots of variety - one of the best. Our room was very clean and the person who cleaned our room was attentive. Check-in was fast and, as always, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. A+ stay!
I’m a returning guest and have been happy both stays. Perfect place for T-Mobile concerts.

This Holiday Inn Express was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had the consistency that you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express! Parking is $25 a night, though, which felt slightly exorbitant and definitely racks up quickly.
