Front desk & food staff were pleasant & accommodating; while the cleaning staff seemed a bit rude. Rooms were not cleaned well ; dirty, dust & construction particles. I had to clean the room to utilize areas such as shower which had hair in it. As well as sheets with stains. I like the property location to where we were hoing

We were in town to see Stevie Nicks in concert, and this location was convenient to the Spectrum Center. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in (I'm sorry I didn't get his name.), was especially polite. The only issue we had was the iron in our room would not get hot. We will stay here next time we our in town for a concert.

these group of ladies are amazing, especially the manager they all were so nice and willing to help in anyway thank you so much for such a wonderful stay
这个酒店位置还可以，对面有汉堡，交通挺方便，进城刚刚好，停车场免费
酒店房间干净又大，早餐也很不错。员工都很友好。
我入住的时候没有受到热情接待，客房服务也很糟糕。
第三次住这家酒店，非常便利，价格实惠
房间很大，环境也不错，值得一试！
