There was a little cafe there i wish i would have gotten to check out it was closed due to a fire or something.

No elevator, no breakfast. The next day I rec'd text reply to breakfast that coffee was available in the morning, which was not mentioned when we checked in at 8pm

Like that we got to have parking in front of room, very noisy in the room next door, very noisy outside with women yelling. No one was available in morning to print receipt as what was told in check in. Had to keep coming back to check in as rooms were not clean due to understaffed. No coffeemaker in room. Beds were ok.

Reasonably priced and a well maintained hotel. My room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The mall and major restaurants are all within a 10 min walk. The location is tucked away from the main road so it's relatively quiet. I honestly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cheyenne for a few days.

We needed to extend our stay by one day. Went to front desk and the person guaranteed us we didn’t need to sign they would just charge our card one additional day. The next day we went to run a few errands and get back to find were locked out of our room. The day person said they didn’t know who told us that. The person working your front last night. They said they had no other rooms and that are room has been booked. Very unhappy!!

As soon as I pulled in there was a paper sign on the door that said to check in at the diner across the street. I walked across the parking in a walking boot from surgery to check in only to have another paper sign that said check in at the managers office. I went back to the entrance to the hotel and it looked like an employee lounge. Luckily there was an employee there that told me the diner was closed due to a fire and walked me to the managers office a couple doors down which looked like a motel room. The lady at the desk was nice and helped me check in, told me she didn’t have the room that I booked and gave me a single bed for the same rate.
There is less than zero amenities including an elevator. I walked up two flights of stairs to the room. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. The place smelled old. There is no breakfast and don’t expect anything but a bed and a cup of coffee.
As I was leaving in the morning, the employees were smoking in the “lounge/office”.

We did NOT stay here.
Specifically said we needed a first floor room. There is no elevator so there was no way my husband could get up the stairs.
Says you need to check in at a diner in the parking lot, but you go to the diner and it says to check in at the hotel. But where? There is no front desk. You have to go through the laundry area to find someone to help you. Then we are told there are no rooms on the first floor available but if wait until housekeeping shows up at some time they can MAYBE find us a first floor room. After 12 hours on the road you want me to wait even longer for something that isn’t even a guarantee?
Praying we can get our money back for this nightmare situation.
