Room was decently clean. Oreo under a chair and used coffee pod in coffee maker. Shampoo containers were empty upon arrival. Shocked by a lack of trash containers throughout the whole hotel.

My favorite place in Pigeon Forge to stay. Always clean, and staff is super helpful and friendly. Very handicap accessible as well.

The room was dirty upon arrival, and our request for cleaning was not fulfilled. The thermostat was also not functioning properly; although a staff member was able to fix the rattling noise from the unit, the room remained extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the sliding shower door was defective and would not stay closed. Overall, the stay did not reflect the price we paid.

Our stay was spectacular! The hotel is gorgeous and the view of the river and the balcony was awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

这里地理位置优越，是游览大烟山国家公园的理想下榻之处，距离公园仅15分钟车程。我们入住的是一间宽敞舒适的转角套房，可以欣赏到美丽的河景。早餐一般，但勉强可以接受。这家酒店主要接待大型旅游巴士团。由于秋季来临，泳池关闭，室内外热水浴缸也均不可用。总的来说，除了多莉伍德度假村之外，这里是鸽子谷最好的酒店之一，但据我所知，多莉伍德度假村的套房没有黑狐旅馆的套房那么大。
我们一家五口花了不少时间寻找一家既合适又氛围宜人的酒店。我们很喜欢Black Fox酒店，它离主街很近，而且我们很喜欢河景房。我们额外加了每日早餐，每个人都能找到自己喜欢的菜品，所以省去了一天只选一顿饭（iykyk）的麻烦。工作人员非常友好。
我们住了四晚，房间很干净。天气有点冷，但暖气很好用。阳台可以欣赏到河景。我们很享受这次住宿，下次还会再来。
每日客房清洁服务糟糕透了。基本上就是整理床铺、更换毛巾。垃圾桶好几天都没换。
