Wanted to love the room as Sterling,CO doesn’t have much for quality hotels. The staff was great, the room not so much. There were little black hairs all over the sheets but only on one side of the bed. Once I saw that all I could see were the little things that did not look clean.

Courteous front desk staff. Simple check in. Room was nice, though the shower was furry. Pool water and pool room were too cold for November.

Hotel overbooked their reservations and ended up in a sketchy older hotel. Been staying with Holiday Inns often. Very disappointed.
