We read the reviews and we're going to cancel, but decided to give it a go. First impressions were that it looked okay ..... bearing in mind refurbishments apparently in progress. Room folder asked us to bear on mind refurbishments if reviewing our stay. Good points were .... warm, no bed bugs, clean towels and sheets, carpet was good, bed good, tv worked. Negative were .... shower tray filled quick re poor drainage. The breakfast was probably the worst part. It was continental, fair enough. Nobody told us there was juice and milk in a cupboard. So it was boil a kettle ourselves and make your tea or coffee and use wee milk sachets. Brown or white toast .... that was it, at 0845am. We'd go back.

WARNING: We had BEDBUGS in our room. We requested a refund but the hotel is blocking our requests. The staff even told us we dont have to special clean our cloths and bags cause bedbugs cant travel in them. It seems they are extremely unprofessionel and have no clue how to deal with this. I higly recommend to stay away from this place..disgusting

Light fittings hanging off ceiling, constant loud humming in the room. Toilet seat slides sideways when sitting down, thick black mould on ceilings. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Green light on in the room all night making it even more difficult to sleep.
简直恶心透顶！床单脏兮兮的，浴室和厕所这辈子可能都没见过漂白剂或其他清洁用品。垃圾桶里有垃圾，桌子和床头柜上都有某种饮料的污渍，基本上房间根本就没打扫过，也没毛巾什么的。我们开了5个小时的车，累得筋疲力尽。去前台反映了两次，甚至提出自己换床单，但第三次我实在不想去了。第一次去是因为我们杯子里有烟灰，柜台后面的小伙子竟然说已经清洁过三次了！那时候我就不指望了，因为只会听到更多的谎言。这个地方看起来像是有人长期住在这里的，我们可能住到了某个出去过夜的人的房间，因为它闻起来有陈旧的汗味和须后水味。不惜一切代价也要避开！如果你喜欢受冻，也不介意脏乱，那就住吧。虽然价格不算太贵，但我宁愿花更多的钱住得干净卫生。

这地方需要的可不止一点点爱护。好像连小小的改进都没钱，比如浴室里的肥皂，遥控器里的电池。早餐也绝对不怎么样。
工作人员非常乐于助人，在预订混乱后，威廉竭尽全力帮助我们。我住了两次，我唯一的不满是，我太想在早餐吐司上放一个水煮蛋了。一切都很干净，床很舒服。任何想在丁沃尔住宿的人，这里都是不错的选择。我们会再来的，伙计们 x
本来打算住在韦弗利，但后来搬到了皇家酒店，它是韦弗利的一部分，就在街对面。地板上有污渍，床下有烟头，淋浴间因为排水不畅而溢出，最糟糕的是床上有臭虫！8 号房间，如果有人住这个房间，就赶紧逃走。现在对住酒店感到焦虑不安！
太脏了，我们的房间甚至都没打扫过，垃圾桶也没清空，地毯也没用吸尘器吸过，事实上，我们住在那里的时候，酒店从来没有打扫过。浴室很脏，架子上放着蓝莓，没有卫生纸，所以不得不去要一些，还有手巾。窗帘挂了，我们得把它们修好，这样我们晚上才能关上。在床边发现了一双袜子，下面还有一块玛氏巧克力棒，更不用说周围的其他脏东西了。早餐真的很简单，虽然从酒店步行几分钟就有 2 家超市，但他们的果酱已经卖光了。我会推荐这个地方吗？不，不要住在这里。Basil Faulty 的酒店比这个地方好。🤦♀️😬
令人震惊的体验，预订了 11 晚，但住了两晚就不得不退房，没有暖气，到达时发现两条毛巾很脏，但这没关系，因为两天都没有淋浴可用，他们给了我第三条毛巾，也是脏的，没有给我退款，因为他们多收了我住的那几晚的费用，如果你还有自尊心，请不要在这里预订。图片是我收到的毛巾。
