Christina B. (Manager) …was rude and impolite. She marched into the breakfast area at 9:00 and behaved as though the five guests that were quietly finishing their breakfasts were going to grab one more sausage. She was barking orders to staff and quickly grabbing all hot items and taking them away. Just have never seen this type of behavior, the dire urgency to get the food out of the breakfast area immediately! Then as I checked out, she didn’t offer a receipt so I asked for one. She rudely said to me, “You didn’t choose to pay me to stay here, you booked with an outside option”. Well, I chose to stay there?! Why such an attitude? I was polite, we weren’t a bother, we kept our room clean, I don’t get it? Lastly, the tile grout is missing in many places in the bathroom and in one place the tile is loose and raised which is a tripping hazard. The carpet could also be cleaned. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Christina didn’t appreciate our business.

The front desk personal Vivian was extremely rude as well as yelled at not only me but another customer. Her humiliation was absolutely devastating wen I talked to her manager most of the situation was fixed so thank her for that would never stay again absolutely recommend not staying there was so unexpected 😱😱😱😡

Room is fine, staff is always friendly and helpful with extra linens. What's terrible about the hotel is the extreme amount of cleaner that is used. The smell is overwhelming. Usually it's just in the common areas but this last time our room smelled awful as well. I wish they would use something non-toxic that didn't have such a strong smell.

I requested a handicap room. It did not have safety rails or a shower chair. Just had wide doors. So I could not shower ( and I needed one).

Our stay at this hotel was overall a good experience, especially considering the price. For a budget-friendly option, it definitely met most of our expectations.
The location was a bit out of the way, but still manageable—not too inconvenient if you don’t mind a short drive to nearby attractions or restaurants. The room we ended up with was clean and comfortable, though the furniture felt a little outdated. Still, for the price, it was acceptable and functional.
We did have a minor hiccup when we first arrived—they initially gave us a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the front desk staff acted quickly and professionally, and we were promptly given a different room without any further issues.
As for the amenities, the pool wasn’t the best, and the hot tub in particular was disappointing. It looked dirty and worn out, and it didn’t seem to be working properly. That said, we weren’t expecting luxury, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Overall, if you’re looking for a decent place to stay on a budget, this hotel isn’t a bad choice. Just keep your expectations reasonable, and you’ll likely have a pleasant stay.
