I checked in around 11:30 pm ! Walked in the room, I found 2 roaches. One alive, one dead. I did NOT stay here. I want my money back. I gave him the keys at the front desk at 11:40pm

The property is so run down and there was no way i was taking a shower in that bathroom... everything was dirty, falling apart and broken. Bathroom door didn't even close because it was falling off the hinges. There was no way i was staying to try the breakfast although it might have been good idk.

The hotel looked like it was being renovated and they weren’t doing a very professional job. The hotel clerk was very nice would rate a 2 because of the property. Would have gone elsewhere if not for the late hour

This hotel was dirty and old . The tub was yellow , there was a hole in the Ceiling. Under the toilet was not clean properly. Online it says that this hotel has a pool, which it didn’t . That’s false advertising. We were very unhappy at this location .

This hotel was dirty and unsanitary and inhabitual to sustain. When I first was welcome and I say that word vaguely I was surprised to be opened with a used room. Towels everywhere. Bed not made. But the bathroom was the worst part. (Pictures inserted below) after going to buddy in front desk he gave new room with better conditions but even worse circumstances. After gettting our room me and my boyfriend were laying down sleeping fully revealed and someone so happens to OPEN OUR HOTEL ROOM. I HAVE NEVER HAD NO EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT BEFORE SOMEONE WALKING INTO MY HOTEL. so after that the guy left and we resumed our stay. The very next day THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENS EXCEPT THIS TIME ITS A FAMILY.

Do not stay here! Do not eat here! If you care about your family and friends, do not stay here! Door locks, phones didn't work. The dirty mop water smell, pee on the toilets and absolutely disgusting bathrooms were a giant let down. We payed ahead of time but left early due to fear of contracting a communicable disease. The bugs had taken over the phone so we couldn't ask for a refund.

房间里有点灰尘，卫生条件不太好，墙壁看起来也旧旧的，不太令人满意。
当我们到达时，墙上有一个耳蜗，我们被安排到了另一个稍微干净一点的房间。
当然，除了接待处以外，整个酒店的状况都很糟糕。
我不明白这怎么会是 Quality Inn 的横幅？？？

唯一的优点是至少床很舒服。
此外，游泳池似乎已经关闭了一段时间，但当我们到达接待处时，他们告诉我们，由于两个孩子在两周前去世，游泳池已关闭……Bizzz

遗憾的是，这家酒店将于 2024 年开业，需要彻底翻新，酒店已经破败不堪，浴室状况严重，部分水龙头快要从墙上掉下来了，我半夜回来的上午10点，我没吃早饭就走了，时间不是很短，图像与现实无关。唯一的优点是接待处的那位先生很热情而且非常友好。
