Amenities were wonderful and staff were helpful and courteous. However, my issue was the room. The first thing I noticed was the ginormous fly in the room. One fly, no big deal but to my surprise there was a small family of abnormally large flies. 4 live flies and a couple of dead ones. Not great in a tiny room, you start to feel outnumbered. There was also a constant humming noise that sounded like Darth Vader breathing. And the bathroom had a weird slant that if you turned your head too quickly you’d get dizzy. It could be a nice room but it just fell short and I was quite disappointed. If those things wouldn’t bother you then I’d say give it a shot just for that delicious breakfast provided.

The bed was comfortable, however the ac unit was loud, and something else making a ton of noise, we're thinking the fridge. The worst part was the hot water not working on the second night.

Heating system needed work, didn't appreciate wind noise as cold front was coming in. General condition of room was poor, very badly repaired water damage on ceiling. The gap between the closed door and frame was wide enough for me to see into the hall. Used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker to mildew.

Water was on the floor and the front desk was told left and came back water was still on the floor with no sign. Breakfast needs help.

Stains on window curtains and bedspread. The rest of the room was clean. Bathroom was clean and smelled clean but looked warn. I was placed on the pet floor. I had no pet and heard a lot of barking. I stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was a nice amenity but the eggs were not good. There were other good choices but wished for real scrambled eggs.

The common areas around the property were constantly dirty. They attract and encourage stays by outdoor blue collar workers who wear muddy boots. The boots were being worn into the building and mud, dirt, and gravel was constantly being spread in the common areas, elevators, breakfast area, and lounge area. If you're going to allow the muddy boots to happen, you're going to have to clean more frequently. Here, that wasn't being done.

Air conditioning was good , bed was hard , breakfast was ok no water provided , orange juice , apple juice and milk , coffee . Granddaughter wanted water. Other than that was good .

The temperature in the room was perfect. The cleaning staff checked in on us every day. The overall ambiance was great. We spent 8 nights and we felt safe the entire time.

Overall a nice place. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was average. AC worked great. Definitely needs some repairs, the ceiling and walls were peeling in our room, loose tiles were sitting on the floor. Lobby furniture peeling and frayed. No pool. Parking was slim in the evenings. Staff wasn’t accommodating to an early check in despite calling ahead. Otherwise they were polite and friendly. I would stay here again
