很棒的酒店，地理位置绝佳！客房服务没有及时补充房间用品（卫生纸、杯子等），但房间很干净。
酒店周围正在施工，开车过去很不方便。没有免费停车位，代客泊车每天要60美元！而且不能随时取用。酒店入口在一个小巷子里。我不得不请求帮助把行李从车上卸下来。办理入住时，前台没有告知早餐在哪里（如果提供的话）或者酒店有什么设施。我的特大号床房非常小，完全没有窗户（我正对着一面内墙和另一个房间），根本没有阳光。感觉非常昏暗和压抑。床边的插座完全不能用。其中一盏台灯的开关坏了。我一碰，整个灯泡组件差点掉下来。房间里有冰箱，但几乎不制冷。咖啡机所在的抽拉桌/轨道里积满了灰尘和污垢，看起来很久没清理了。没有制冰机！！！！我找了30分钟，也没找到任何说明哪里可以拿到冰块的信息。我试着给前台打电话，但房间电话坏了。我只好亲自去前台，他们告诉我没有制冰机，需要去酒吧拿冰块！而且，没有人主动提出检查我坏掉的房间电话。床单和毛巾都很粗糙不舒服。吹风机也坏了，不好用。酒店的清洁程度完全不像希尔顿应有的标准，房间也和网上的照片完全不一样。住两晚花了将近660美元，还不包括代客泊车费。餐厅/酒吧区域还不错，但是早餐只有酸奶和水果却要17美元！我可能再也不会住这里了。
Bankers Alley的一切都堪称顶级。下次再来纳什维尔，我一定会再次预订。

我住得很愉快！酒店距离体育场步行约15分钟，反方向步行15分钟即可到达布罗德街。房间干净整洁，服务一流，楼下餐厅的食物也美味极了。
漏水
酒店正在施工，浴室里有一个巨大的海水箱，他们给我们换了房间，隔壁房间的马桶松动，我们被收取了一瓶水的费用，但我们并没有使用，总的来说，我们不喜欢这里，我们所支付的费用不包括在内。
